Great restaurant in the middle of the old town of Kronberg. Although we are regularly in Kronberg, we were here for the first time yesterday. But definitely not for the last time. The salad and the main courses were great. The portions were plentiful and the price / performance ratio was totally convincing. The service was also very courteous and friendly. The restaurant is very cozy and invites you to linger.

Simply fantastic. Totally cozy and super delicious food. Nice that such traditional restaurants still exist. The location in the middle of the beautiful old town of Kronberg does the rest. It belongs there. Great .... We look forward to the next time!

Fantastic place to enjoy some original Germany food dating back to the 1920-30s. I was lucky enough to enjoy a family dinner in this special place and we’ll certainly be back . There specially hear is the November through December goose which you need to book months in advance and is for a group of 4 minimum. The food and service we had was simply fantastic and the meals came quickly and very consistent even with the big group we had of at least 15. This building dates back well into early 1900’s and has all the character and feel as much is wood finished and a rare friendly feel .

Was going to goose dinner just before Christmas, as always it was very good.

Went in larger group to goose-eat there. Delicious meats great side dishes like dumplings red cabbage Brussels sprouts. Gladly again.

Here you can really drink excellent Hessian food and a Schoppen But you should always book, otherwise it will be difficult to get a seat.

Very tasty, fresh and hot .... especially the veal schnitzel with fresh chanterelles and thin noodles. Absolutely delicious. Uri ambience. Right in the old town. One should only be good on foot and not wear high shoes. Steep mountain, cobblestones, difficult to access. No parking. But the food and friendliness compensates for the approach

A large selection of very delicious dishes, you can sit outside protected and comfortable inside. My friend, a real Schnitzelfan (and they are known everywhere in different variations), have eaten his best Schnitzel ever there! Very thin and very tender breaded, super crispy, but not greasy ... Pure enthusiasm! The Kronberger Schnitzel had done it to him, a really tasty combination that I have not seen so synonymous. So if you are dining in Kronberg, then there! In addition, you can find the food in High German and Hessian on the map, which provides for amusement. So if you have an extra-Hessian visit, go to the vineyard and broaden your horizons! Or just to feast! 5 Stars

My husband and I are in the vineyard at least once a week. The food always tastes very good. What we also like that there are additional dishes depending on the season. It is a restaurant where the heart is cooked and the service is warm and attentive. Christmas we ordered a goose there for the first time, it could not be better. The owners are very accommodating, our food was very good. The most common. Prices are very small in front of large portions.

Excellent traditional German restaurant, nice draught beer, nice deer stew and dumplings.

Our German colleague took is here when we asked for authentic Hessen food and it was marvellous. Good food, warm and cosy ambience. All together a wonderful evening. Will visit again and again. Also the waitress and the chef are very nice and warm people. Keep up the great job.
